Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must not be tampered with

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos as proof. We will resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used or opened items

  • Products purchased on sale

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order after your return request is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or reach out to us at zer03bliss@gmail.com.
